All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ encrypted connections.
Stored data including leads, conversations, and tickets is encrypted at rest.
Role-based access within your workspace. Team members only see what they need.
Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with regular security patches.
Each workspace is isolated. Your customer data is never shared with other accounts.
We conduct periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. Login and registration are rate-limited to prevent brute-force attacks. Sessions use secure cookies over HTTPS in production.
Leads, chat conversations, form submissions, and ticket data are stored in isolated databases per tenant. Data is backed up regularly and deletion requests are processed within 30 days of account closure.
We maintain an incident response plan. In the event of a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
