Create & embed your chat widget

Dashboard sidebar → Chat Widgets.

Give it a name (e.g. "Main website chat").

Set primary color, welcome message, offline message, and launcher style (floating button or pill).

Under "Ask before chat", tick the fields you need: Name, Email, Mobile, Address. Leave all unchecked to let visitors chat immediately.

Click Save. You will see the embed code on the widget page.

Copy the <script> tag. It looks like: https://chatzo.in/widget/YOUR_KEY.js

Add the script before </body> on every page, or in your theme header/footer (WordPress: Insert Headers plugin or theme settings).
