Work with leads in your CRM

Every chat, form, and popup can create a lead your team can follow up on.

Step-by-step

Open Leads

Dashboard → Leads. New leads appear when visitors chat, submit forms, or convert on popups.

Filter and search

Use status filters (New, Contacted, Won, Lost) and search by name or email.

Open a lead

Click a lead to see contact info, source (widget, form, popup), and activity.

Update status

Move leads through your pipeline as you contact and close them.

Assign to agent

Assign leads to team members so agents know who owns follow-up.

Link to conversation

From Conversations, open "View lead" to jump to the CRM record for that chat.

Where leads come from
  • Website chat — when visitor shares email or completes pre-chat form
  • Contact forms — every submission creates a lead
  • Popups — email capture campaigns
  • Messenger / Instagram — when profile info is available
