Open Integrations

Dashboard → Integrations.

Connect Facebook Page

Click Connect → log in to Facebook → select your Page. Messenger + Instagram DM enabled if IG is linked to Page.

Connect Google Business

Click Connect → log in with Google → authorize your business.

Check Conversations

New Messenger/Instagram DMs appear here.

Check Google Reviews

Reviews sync after connect. Reply from this page.
