Sign up at chatzo.in — your workspace is created automatically.
Dashboard → Chat Widgets → Create. Set name, colors, and welcome message.
Copy the embed script from your widget and paste it on your site.
Knowledge Base → Add entries so the bot can auto-reply.
Bot Flows → Create a guided conversation with buttons.
When a visitor chats, open Conversations and reply as an agent.
