Open Conversations

Dashboard → Conversations.

Filter by channel

Use dropdown: Website, Messenger, or Instagram.

Open a chat

Click Open. Read full message history.

Reply

Type at bottom → Send. Website visitors see it live; social DMs go to Meta.

Handle "Needs agent"

Yellow badge = bot handed off. Prioritize these replies.

Link to lead

If a lead was created, click "View lead" on the conversation page.
