Each entry teaches the bot how to answer one topic.

Open Knowledge Base

Dashboard → Knowledge Base.

Click Add entry

Create one entry per question customers ask often.

Set type to FAQ

Type = FAQ for question/answer matching.

Write the question

Example: "What are your pricing plans?" — this is what visitors might type.

Write the answer

Clear, short answer the bot will send. Example: "We offer Free, Starter ($29), Growth ($79), and Business ($199) plans."

Add keywords

Comma-separated: pricing, plans, cost, how much, price list. Helps matching.

Widget scope

Leave "All widgets" or pick one widget if answers differ per site.

Mark Active and Save

Repeat for hours, shipping, returns, contact info, etc.

Test on your site

Ask the widget: "What are your prices?" — bot should reply with your answer.

Good FAQ topics to add first
  • Pricing and plans
  • Business hours / contact info
  • Shipping or delivery (e-commerce)
  • Refund / cancellation policy
  • How to book a demo or appointment
  • Location / service area
Example entry
Question: What are your business hours?
Keywords: hours, open, timing, when open
Answer: We're open Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM IST. Saturday 10 AM–2 PM. Closed Sundays.
